BlueRailDCC by Tam Valley is a compact circuit board for directly controlling model trains with a smartphone. It uses the BluRail App (See right) to directly control your locomotive with Bluetooth. It can use any power source and functions with or without a DCC decoder. The app can directly read and write CVs. Your phone will remember the CVs between sessions.

The board can be operated in 2 modes:
"DCC Mode" - controls a third-party DCC decoder. If you want sound this is the way to go.
"Basic Mode" - directly controls motor (speed/direction) and 2 lights (Front/Rear) as well as 2 functions. No-sound.
The boards can be powered by any standard power source: DC, DCC, AC, or battery.
